It’s Mystery Quilt time again, thanks to Bonnie Hunter (quilter, teacher, blogger) and her annual quilt-along.

Lots of pretty blues, both light and dark.
I like the colors. The quilt will end up being mostly blues and whites/creams, with touches of raspberry and mint green.
I have no idea if I will finish it in 2020 or not, but I’m optimistic. I’m also trying to finish up 2017’s Mystery Quilt before leaving for Austin for Christmas. I will then have three quilt tops to baste and quilt in January.
Raise your hand if you need a quilt!
I am working on it too. First for me, but I liked the colors – I have never been a fan of mystery quilts, so time will tell.
Be prepared for a zillion pieces! I’ll miss a few clues while we’re in Texas but I’ll catch up when we get home. Have a wonderful Christmas!
My Log Cabin quilt, the one and only quilt I have every made, is coming apart. Too threadbare to repair. It was one of those “quilt in a day” things that I attempted. No seamstress skills here. I don’t think the Bonnie Hunter blog is going to help me out.
Her designs are pretty intense. I guess I need to make you a new quilt!
Oh my, no. I just bought a quilt online to replace mine. It’s Jon’s Christmas gift to me.
You just concentrate on healing and spending time with your family. Next summer we will be back to playing and singing some music. Fun is our goal.
