hello old cat

IMG_0202

I’ve been decorating.  This little cat came from one of Banjo Man’s sisters when she worked for Hallmark.  One Halloween she sent us a box of decorations, which we put to good use for almost thirty years.

Or maybe more.

IMG_0200The spider was always a hit.  He has a long cord attached to his head and has often hung from the light over the kitchen island.

I love fall.  I bought a container of little plastic pumpkins at Marshalls so I don’t have to hunt for the real things again this year.  The spider is sitting on some of them.

I like his smile.

Speaking of smiles, I am off to the dentist this morning.  No one likes to go to the dentist, but I am one of those people who really should be on Valium to have my teeth cleaned.

It is just so stressful and I am not brave.

Like going to the hairdresser, I just want the technician to do the job as quickly and efficiently as possible and don’t bother with the chit chat.  Just get me out of the chair.

I don’t like being trapped in the chair.

Do any of you feel that way or is it only me?

I’d really like to know.

I’m with you on going to the dentist and hairdresser. I ask the hygienist to use the water spray instead of the pick. I can’t stand the scraping. I also hate when they find an old tooth that needs a crown because it can’t be filled any further. ARRRGGGHH!
I hate chit chat with hairdressers. I hate when I can hear the other customers chit chatting. UGH!
    I’m so negative!
On a bright note October is my favorite month. I’m going to dig out my ceramic pumpkin, ghost and witch!

Not me. My dentist is really good and I usually feel like taking a nap. It’s hard to stay awake. Yes, I am strange. I haven’t been to a hairdresser for about 45 hears as RMM cuts my hair.

  3. Napping at the dentist???? You are too cool!
